A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before we open your file (unless otherwise noted).
The remaining balance is due at closing. Funds will be dispersed through escrow.
Additional costs (e.g., filing fees, incidental expenses) may apply and are the client’s responsibility.
Pricing is an estimate and may be adjusted based on the scope of work, added requirements, or extended timelines.

-Includes transferring the HOA, Insurance, Uploading POA and Authorizations, make sure insurance is in place, and updating any accounts related to the property.
Rush Fee - $200
