From Chaos to Close - We simplify the journey for Creative Transactions.

What is a TC?

A Transaction Coordinator (TC) is a professional who manages the administrative side of a real estate deal from contract to close. They handle paperwork, track deadlines, communicate with all parties involved, and ensure everything stays on schedule—so your transaction moves smoothly and efficiently.
